CHRISMAN -- JoAnn YOU WILL BE MISSED MORE THAN YOU CAN EVER KNOW JoAnn Chrisman passed away on December 22, 2004 with her family at her side at the Inpatient Hospice Unit at Albuquerque Regional Medical Center. She was born in Detroit on May 18, 1943. She visited Albuquerque in 1991 where she met her lifelong partner, Al Edwards. They continued a long distance relationship for the next two years and then in 1993 she returned back to Albuquerque to begin the rest of her life here. She is also survived by her mother, Margaret Papazian; brother, Steve Papazian; son, Mark Chrisman and daughter-in-law, Grace Chrisman; sons-in-law, Brian and Craig Edwards; daughters-in-law, Kim and Teresa Edwards; and also her grandchildren, Trey Chrisman and Ashleigh Edwards. She will also be missed by the many lives she touched in the Albuquerque area as well as Florida and Ohio where many more family and friends reside. Even though she is not with us in body, we know that she will always be with us in spirit. Our own heartache and pain is eased by knowing that JoAnn has been released from her suffering and is now free to be one with the Earth and sky. Cremation has occurred and a memorial celebrating her life will be held on Saturday, January 8 at 2 pm at the St. Francis Episcopal Church 2903 19th SE in Rio Rancho on the corner of 19th and Golf Course. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Loving Hands of Hospice, 5403 Gibson Blvd S.E., Siesta Hills #1, Albuquerque, NM 87108, Attn: Bonnie Johnson. Please state the contributions are made in memory of JoAnn Chrisman.
