HOLMES -- Vi Holmes left this life on December 28, 2004. She was one of eight children of Ruben and Myrtle Crain of Tularosa, NM. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Holmes. She is survived by her sons, Jack Holmes of Edgewood, NM and Gary Holmes and wife, Kate of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Elizabeth Holmes and Joanna Archibeque and husband, Phil of Albuquerque; Jackie Ray Holmes of Edgewood; great-grandson, Bryce Jordan Ingram; sisters, Thelma Bond, Betty Kopecky, Dorothy Gooch and Joan Montgomery; brother, Curtis Crane; and numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. Services will be held on Monday, 10:00 a.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel. Friends may visit French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel on Sunday, 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. French Mortuary 1111 University Blvd. NE 843-6333
