BARELA -- Patrick J. Barela, 19, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on December 9, 2004. Patrick is the beloved son to Pamela Lujan and Gilbert Quintana and to Boyd Barela and Rita Valdez. Patrick is also survived by one sister, Ciara Barela; one brother, Paul Gonzales; grandparents, Katie Lujan and Viola Barela; great grandfather, Adelaido Lujan; his fiancee, Nicole Romero and daughter, Elizabeth; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Patrick was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Isaac Lujan and Herson Barela. Patrick was a member of the Catholic Church. A visitation for Patrick will be Sunday evening in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. A final visitation will be Monday morning from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at San Martin Catholic Church, 8301 Camino San Martin SW with Mass of the Resurrection to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. by Father James Vance. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be, Kevin Romero, Harold Romero, Randy Montano, Paul Gonzales, Danny Martinez and Juan Romero.
