PADILLA -- Linda J. Padilla, 56, of Albuquerque, NM died Friday November 19, 2004 at her home in Albuquerque after a hard fought battle with cancer for over two years. She was an Assistant Bank Manager at the Bank of the West in Albuquerque. Linda is survived by her father, Eliseo S. Padilla of Las Cruces; five brothers, Eli and Ana Chacon, Steve and his wife Dora, Frank and his wife Susan, Albert and Lori Morales and Gabriel, all of Las Cruces; two sisters, Gloria Nuanes Romolo of Albuquerque and Pricilla Padilla Baros and her husband Steve of Las Cruces. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. The Prayer Vigil was to be held at 6:00 pm on Tuesday November 23, 2004 at Getz Funeral Home Chapel in Las Cruces, NM. The Funeral Liturgy will be at 10:00 am on Wednesday November 24, 2004 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Cathedral. The Rite of Committal will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
