FRISCH -- Beverly Ann Frisch, formerly of Deer Creek, Oklahoma, died Monday morning, November 8, 2004, in the Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas at the age of 73 years. Beverly Ann Frisch was born on October 15, 1932, in Deer Creek, Oklahoma, to Hayden and Helen (Cook) Bryant. She grew up in Deer Creek attending Deer Creek rural schools before attending Blackwell Public Schools. She graduated from Blackwell High School in 1951, in Blackwell, Oklahoma. While a senior in High School, she married Owen Wesley Frisch on February 19, 1951. In December 1951 Owen entered the United States Air Force. The family has lived in Albuquerque, New Mexico; Roswell, New Mexico; French Morocco, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Tucson, Arizona; Zaragoza, Spain; Spokane, Washington; and Plattsburg, New York. At all times she served her family as a homemaker, Cub Scout den mom, Girl Scout leader, Baseball Coach, bookkeeper, and Entrepreneur. In 1962 while being stationed in Spain, they were awarded the Air Force "Family of the Year Award". In January of 1967 they returned to Albuquerque to make their home. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Albuquerque and the Air Force Sergeants Association. She enjoyed interior decorating and her family. Beverly is survived by her husband, Owen Frisch of Albuquerque, NM; daughters, Brenda Sticklin and husband, Larry of Fountain Hills, AZ and Linda Diefenbaugh and husband, Robert of Albuquerque,NM; sons, Wayne Frisch and wife, Joan and William Frisch and wife, Susan, all of Albuquerque, NM; and grandchildren, Wesley and Alexandra Sticklin of Fountain Hills, AZ, Robert Diefenbaugh,Jr., Sage Frisch and Tyler Frisch, all of Albuquerque, NM. She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers, Harvey, Melvin, Lawrence, Darrell, and four sisters, Eva, Glady and two infant sisters. Friends may visit French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel on Monday, November 15, 2004, 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, November 16, 2004, 11:00 a.m. at First Christian Church, 10101 Montgomery Blvd. NE.
