HAASE -- Helen M. Haase, 91, a resident of Albuquerque since 1974, died on Friday, November 5, 2004. She is survived by her son, John Haase and wife Jacquelyn; granddaughter, Jennifer Haase; grandson, Jordan Haase, all of Albuquerque; brother-in-law, Herbert Metch of Bound Brook, NJ; nephew, Donald Metch and wife Ann of Canton, TX; and niece, Patty Smith and husband Phil of Mantoloking, NJ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Haase in 1982, and by her daughter Helaine in 1987. She moved to New Mexico in 1974. She was very active in St. Luke Lutheran Church. She was active at the Hospitality House where she enjoyed playing Bridge; and also playing Bridge with her friends. She also liked crocheting blankets for infants of those less fortunate. Services will be held on Tuesday, November 9, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. at French Mortuary - Wyoming Blvd. Chapel. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
