BROYLES -- Theresa Ann Hankinson Broyles, 47, a resident of Albuquerque since 1980, died Thursday, October 28, 2004. She is survived by her husband, Robin Broyles; daughter, Leslie Broyles; sons, Kenneth and Marshall Broyles, all of Albuquerque; brothers, Robert Hankinson and wife, Karen of Orlando, FL, Michael Hankinson and life partner, Tim Garcia of Pine Junction, CO, Patrick Hankinson of Ogden, UT, and James Hankinson of California; sister, Debora Hankinson and husband, Scott Gosling of Golden, CO; mother-in-law, Linda Broyles Stockton and husband, John; father-in-law, Robert Broyles and wife, Anne; brothers-in-law, Rande Broyles and wife, Julie and Richard Broyles and wife, Pamela, all of Albuquerque. She was a loving aunt to her nieces and nephews, Bobby and Kathleen Hankinson, Cody, Hannah, and Matthew Broyles. She is also survived by her special friend and physician, Suzanne Pinon, MD of Albuquerque and a host of neighbors and friends including those at Sandia National Labs and Ktech Corp. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Joseph Hankinson and Marion Louise Karcher Hankinson. Theresa is a 4-year veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard. She was employed by Ktech in 1985 and has been an employee of Sandia National Labs for the last 5 years. Theresa was a key contributor to the work in the Advanced Optical Diagnostics Laboratory at Sandia National Labs. A permanent memorial plaque will be dedicated there in recognition of Theresa's significant contributions to National Security. A Prayer Vigil will be held Sunday, October 31, 2004, 2:30 p.m. at Risen Savior Catholic Community, 7701 Wyoming Blvd. NE with Deacon Kenn Sinatra presiding. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, November 1, 2004, 10:00 a.m. at Risen Savior Catholic Community. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE. Pallbearers will be Rande Broyles, Richard Broyles, Bob Hankinson, Mike Hankinson, Tim Garcia, Chip Olson, and Scott Gosling. Honorary Pallbearers will be Pat Hankinson, David Artery, Kevin Fleming, and Antonio Garcia.
