SANDOVAL -- Benjamin Sandoval, 71, went home to be with the Lord on October 7, 2004. He was born on November 11, 1932 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He was a member of the Carpenters Union. Mr. Sandoval is survived by his wife ,Carmen Sandoval; son, David Benjamin Sandoval; daughter, Joann Griego and fiancee, Stephen Eisenzimmer; sisters, Jackie Ruiz and Sadie Mendez of California; grandchildren, Venessa L. A. Griego, Domingo J. C. Griego, Julian N. Griego, and Monica M. F. Griego; and great-grandchild, Andrew Isaac Montoya. Mr. Sandoval will be deeply missed by his loving family. Visitations will be held on Sunday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Garcia Mortuary with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Refreshments will be served after the Rosary in the Celebration of Life Room also at Garcia Mortuary. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday morning at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the San Jose de Armijo Cemetery. Pallbearers will be David Benjamin Sandoval, Stephen Eisenzimmer, Domingo J. C. Griego, Venessa L. A. Griego, Julian N. Griego, and Jose Montoya. Honorary pallbearer will be Blas Sandoval.
