ARAGON -- Nestor Aragon, age 85, beloved father, grandfather, and brother was called home by our Heavenly Father, Wednesday, August 18, 2004. Nestor was born in Cuba, NM to the late Francisco and Julianita Aragon on November 22, 1918. He was preceded in death by his wife, Eduviginia Aragon. Nestor is survived by his loving children, Katie Pacheco and husband, Tony, Gladys Romero and husband, Julio, Jo Ann Martinez and husband, Max, Alex Aragon and wife, Doris, and Marylou Madrid; 16 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. Nestor will be greatly missed by his loving family. Visitations will be Friday from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Alameda Mortuary. A rosary will be recited Friday evening at 7:00 p.m. at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church. Final viewing will be Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. in the Chapel of Alameda Mortuary. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 9:00 a.m. at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church. Interment will follow at San Carlos Cemetery. Pallbearers will be, Peter Romero, Freddie Romero, Tommy Romero, Lorenzo Pacheco, Antonio Pacheco, and Chris Aragon.
