SCHEEL -- Ruth Ann Scheel, 86, a resident of Albuquerque, died Wednesday, July 28, 2004. She was born November 29, 1917 in Mosquero, NM to Walter A. and Dovie Lee (West) Quillin. She is survived by her husband, Robert Scheel; her sons, Ronald E. and wife, Charissa Tyree and Norman Van Tyree; stepson, Robert Scheel, Jr. and wife, Roberta; six grandchildren, Holly Strausburg, Darla M. Tyree, Dwayne Tyree, Sheryl M. Tyree, John Tyree, and Esther Tyree; 12 great-grandchildren; brother, Bob E. Quillin; and many beloved nieces and nephews. Mrs. Scheel was preceded in death by her four brothers, Carl A. Quillion, Franke E. Quillin, James B. Quillin, and W. Fred Quillin. Services will be held Monday, August 2, 2004 at 1:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul NE.
