ARAGON -- -Clara Aragon, 82, a resident of Albuquerque, went to be with her Lord Saturday, June 19, 2004. She is survived by her son, John B. Aragon and wife, Julie; daughter, Susie Gonzales and husband, Bernie; daughter and caretaker, Myra Aragon; three grandchildren, Julian Gonzales, Saundra Garcia and John D. Aragon; seven great grandchildren, Briana, Cruz, Tatyana, Jacob, Nevaeh, Monique, Miranda, and one great-grandson on the way; and sister, Elena Lucero. She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years Benito in 2002. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who loved to cook, sew, and was an excellent wood worker who never shied away from household projects and care for her family. Services will be Wednesday, June 23, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. at Oasis Family Church, 4800 Lomas Blvd. NE, 87110. A Rosary will take place at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel on Tuesday, June 22, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. Pallbearers will be Julian Gonzales, Orlando Lucero, Albert Lucero, Angelo Garcia, Alex Montano and Gus Romero.
