ROGERS -- Foye Rogers, 91, a resident of Albuquerque since 1942, died Tuesday, June 1, 2004. He is survived by his sister, Janie Ringener of Big Springs, TX; brother, Ralph Rogers of Arlington, TX; stepbrother, Harold Stanton of Abernathy, TX; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Rogers was preceded in death by his wife of 70 years, Ruby Rogers. He was a member of Netherwood Park Church of Christ. Services will be held Friday, 11:00 a.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, with Wayne Sharp officiating. Interment will take place Monday, 10:30 a.m., at Santa Fe National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Zia Hospice, 4147 Montgomery Blvd. NE, 87109 or to Albuquerque Christian Children's Home, 5700 Winter Haven Rd. NW, 87120.
