HAASE -- Jaunita "Nita" Haase, 81, a long time resident of Albuquerque, died Wednesday, March 3, 2004. She is survived by her son, Max M. Haase and his wife, Brenda of Rainelle, W.V.; daughter, Kay C. Majorowicz of Albuquerque; 7 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Eva Marie Raley of Houston, TX and Ada Mae Horton of Azle, TX. Nita was preceded in death by her husband, Elton L. Haase and son, Tex E. Haase. She volunteered for many years at the Veteran's Hospital and was a long time member of the Green Thumb Garden Club. Services will be held Monday, 11:00 a.m., at St. Timothy Lutheran Church, 211 Jefferson NE. Interment will be held at Santa Fe National Cemetery, Santa Fe, NM. Friends may visit French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, Sunday 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer's Association, 8100 Mountain Rd. NE, 87110.
