MEDINA -- Rafael Raul Medina, 42, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, died on January 13, 2004. He is survived by his children, Consuelo Medina, Rafael Raul Medina, Jr., Esperanza Medina, and Jacob Medina-Macias all of Albuquerque; parents, Ralph and Gloria Medina of Albuquerque and sister, Amanda Maimone and husband, Matthew of Idaho. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews aunts and uncles. Rafael is preceded in death by his brother, Clarencio Medina. Service will take place on Friday, January 16, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at Calvary Chapel, 4000 Osuna Rd. NE with Pastor Terry Willis, officiating. Honorary pallbearers will be Robert Abeyta, Lawrence Abeyta, Raymond Abeyta, Joey Padilla, Jason Giron and Damion Giron.
