SANCHEZ -- Ray R. Sanchez. As we continue to grieve and shed our tears, the family of Ray Robert Sanchez, his mother Nora, his sisters Linda Martinez, Judy Sanchez-Torres, Rita Cordova and husband Joe, all his nieces and nephews would like to extend their sincere gratitude to all the family, neighbors, friends, and coworkers of Ray for their help, compassionate words, thoughts and prayers that helped us to be strong during our recent devastating loss. Ornelas, for their tireless and continued assistance; Keith Hesser, for the stunning floral spray; Mr. and Mrs. Tom Egdorf, for the tree, a living tribute we have planted in the front yard and dedicated to Ray; to all of those that traveled so far to pay their respects, we will never forget it; all the pallbearers; and Harold Hamilton, the staff and family of French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE, your understanding, kindness and patience eased our anxiety at this very difficult time. To all others, please accept our apology if we neglected to mention your name and our thanks for the help, beautiful floral tributes, food, drinks, Masses and cards you provided. We will never forget your kindness and generosity. Even though we still cry and have an empty place in our hearts for our beloved Ray, we continue to find solace in the phone calls, visits and the stories you have shared about Ray. We always knew our Ray was a very special person and it has been comforting to know he was loved by so many and how he touched your lives as well as ours. Although Ray is no longer here, we encourage you to keep his memory alive and continue to visit or call. Your continued support makes us stronger as each day passes, especially during this time of year. God bless each and every one of you.
