TUNNELL -- Lynsay Tunnell, born September 26, 1950, in Albuquerque, lost his father at age three, traveled with his mother, Marcia Logsdon of Santa Fe, and his Air Force stepfather, the late Paul G. Logsdon, Jr., at age nine was joined by his sister, Laurie Perry of Longview, Washington, graduated from High School in Spain, attended and graduated from Prescott College, Arizona, where he met and married Kelly Murphy, moved to Santa Fe in 1977, joined Hondo Volunteer Fire Department on day two, had two children, Brennan Tunnell of Santa Fe and Aidan Tunnell of Denver, Colorado, was inspired by Oriental Medicine, studied at Southwest Acupuncture College and with Drs. Stuart Watts and J. Michael Moore, created Alternative Medical Associates in Santa Fe with his partners Drs. Gaynl Keefe, Barbara Higgins and Kelly Murphy, practiced with his heart, taught in Santa Fe and Albuquerque with his insight and knowledge, participated in his children's lives and in his community, and died on November 8, 2003. Please join us in celebrating his life and memory Thursday, November 20, at Amelia E. White Park in Santa Fe, corner of Santa Fe Trail and Camino Corrales, starting at 11:30. Namaste.
