Born on February 16, 1928 in Leonardtown, MD he was a son of the late Francis G. and Daisy Mae Hook Clements. Surviving beside his wife are seven children, Eric R. Clements of Jefferson, MD, David L. King and wife Jeri of Albuquerque, NM, Christina Clements of Seattle, WA, Sharon Mapp - Clements and husband Louie of Clovis, NM, Anna Marie Clements of Albuquerque, Phylis Clements and Linda Clements both of Frederick, six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, one brother Allen Clements of Waldorf, MD, six sisters, Frances Roache of Annapolis, MD, Rita Brawner of MD Bernice Rossander of Belen, NM, Geraldine Rice of Carizozo, NM, Mary Clara Means of Carizozo, Dorothy Echols of Los Lunas, NM, he was preceded in death by 1 brother and 4 sisters. Services and inurnment were held on Wednesday, December 10, 2003 at 3:00 p.m. in Arlington National Cemetery Columbarium. Arrangements by Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick.
