ROYBAL -- Cleo G. Roybal passed away November 2, 2003 from a lengthy illness. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Roybal; mother, Frances Aranda; and father, Robert Friday. Cleo is survived by her son, Ross Roybal; daughter, Barbara Cotinola and husband, Ross; daughter-in-law, Darlene Roybal; brothers, Ivan Friday and wife, Ila, Joe Larry Martinez and wife, Gloria, and Joseph Aranda; sister, Delores Jackson and husband, Roy; sisters-in-law, Marie Garcia and husband, Ernie, Rachel Roybal, Lorraine Sanchez and husband, Manuel; brother-in-law, Freddie Roybal; uncle, Jerry Aranda; seven grandchildren; two great- grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, other family and friends who loved and will miss her. Services will be held at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Parish, 4th and Alameda NW. A Rosary will be recited on Wednesday, November 5, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
