MIERA -- Mary Miera, 96 years young, was welcomed into the open arms of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Thursday, October 30, 2003. Mary was born on January 1, 1907 in Clayton, NM to Augustine and Abelina Dominguez. She was preceded in death by her parents and 15 siblings. Mary is survived by her son, Ernest S. Dominguez, and five grandchildren; Liz shaver and husband Randy; Philip Dominguez and wife Daniela, Genevieve Dominguez, Beverly Bowlin and husband Todd, and Mark Dominguez and wife Sharon. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; Nicole and Matthew Shaver, Jessica and Katelyn Bowlin, and Samantha and Jonathan Dominguez. Mary is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews. Her family would like to thank the staff of Paloma Blanca Nursing Home for their doting attention and care for Mary during her convalescence. A Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 2, 2003, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Fitzgerald & Son Funeral Directors with a Rosary to follow at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, November 3, 2003, at 10:00 a.m. at Queen of Heaven, with Interment to follow at Mt.
