SODOS -- AnJa Sodos, 53, resident of Albuquerque since 1980 died Wednesday, September 17, 2003 in Haleiwa, Hawaii after a courageous battle with cancer. She is survived by husband, Ron; and daughters, Yukiko and Miki. AnJa was born in Tokyo, Japan and traveled to America alone at 19. She met Ron in Hawaii and October 7, 2003 would have been their 31st anniversary. She will be deeply missed by the family and a multitude of friends, neighbors and co-workers. AnJa was a registered nurse at the University Hospital and was dedicated to patient care. Everyone who met her knew her as the gentle soul that she was. Memorial Service will be held at First Unitarian Church 3701 Carlisle NE Albuquerque NM Saturday, October 18, 2003 1:00 p.m. 884-1801.
