BUSH -- Rick Bush, 44, a resident of Belen, New Mexico, passed away on Monday, October 13, 2003. In his early twenties, he was a volunteer firefighter for Bernalillo County and then a bounty hunter for awhile. He like riding in the fast lane, racing cars, and hot looking trucks. In 1989, he became a trucker driving the big rigs. Rick had a wonderful sense of humor and could tell a joke one right after another. His favorite pastime was watching wrestling and movies. He recently acquired a sand rail which he enjoyed driving his family in across the dunes. He was deeply loved and will be missed by all. Preceding him in death are two sisters, Janice and Cathy; an infant brother; and Uncle Arsenio. Rick is survived by his wife, Brenda Loomis and her children, which he considered his own, Christina, Melanie, and Joshua; and one granddaughter, Angelica; his mother, Mary Bush; one sister, Monica; and one brother, Michael. He is also survived by three nieces, Christina; Donala; and Melissa; and five nephews, David; Lawrence; Carlos; Casey; and Joseph. A viewing will by held on Thursday, October 16, 2003 at Romero Funeral Home beginning at 10:00am with a Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow on Friday, October 17, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. at Mt. Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Pallbearers will be Joshua, Carlos, Casey, Julian, Mike, Matthew, Reuben, and Andy. Romero Funeral Home, 609 N. Main St. Belen, NM 87002.
