BARELA -- Mr. Eloy A. Barela died Monday, October 13, 2003 in at the age of 49. Eloy touched many peoples lives. He will be remembered as a comedian and a philosopher, but most of all he loved his daughter, his family, and his best friends. Eloy is survived by his father, Adan Barela; daughter, Teresa Barela, of Albuquerque; brother, Olivar Barela of Espanola; sisters, Joyce Barela of Albuquerque, and Anna Plese and husband, Greg of Gallup; his best friends, Francis and Vickie Lente of Albuquerque; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Memorial Services for Mr. Barela will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. at the Sacred Heart Cathedral in Gallup, NM. Arrangements by: Salazar & Sons Mortuary 400 3rd St. SW 247-4124
