VALLEJOS -- Mrs. Emilia Vallejos, 93, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on September 15, 2003. Mrs. Vallejos is survived by three daughters, Louisa Chavez and husband, Larry, Stella Montoya, Gloria Sanchez and husband, Richard; three sons, Edward Cano and wife, Rosie, Tony A. Cano and wife, Josie, Jimmy Cano and Susie; one brother, Tony Garcia and wife, Minnie; two step-brothers, Benny Cano and Antonio Cano; 40 grandchildren; 139 great-grandchildren; 68 great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends. Mrs. Vallejos was preceded in death by her husband, Pete Vallejos; sons, Johnny and Micky Cano; her daughter, Arlene Tapia; two brothers, Joe and Abel Garcia; five sisters, Nina Garcia, Fabiola Tafoya, Elisa Moya, Amalia Miera and Josefa Lash. Mrs. Vallejos was a member of the Catholic Church and the Sacred Heart League. Visitation will be Thursday evening from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel, 1000 Old Coors Dr. SW with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. by Mr. Robbie Sisneros. Final visitation will be Friday morning from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 5415 Fortuna NW with a Communion Service at 11:00 a.m. by Deacon Harry Beare. Interment will follow at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Peter A. Cano, Rick Sanchez, Michael Baca, Max Cano, Benny Cano and Enrique Ortega. Honorary pallbearers will be Ken Cano, Oscar Garcia, Greg Garcia, Michael Cano, Jimmy Cano and Joey Cano. Arrangements by: Gabaldon Mortuary 1000 Old Coors Dr. SW 243-7861
