Price -- Betty Ann Price, 73, a resident of Albuquerque since 1963, died in her sleep on Monday, August 17, 1998, at the family home. She is survived by her beloved husband of 53 years, Joseph V. Price of Albuquerque; daughters, Elisabeth J. Price of Albuquerque, Pamela A. Price of Houston, TX, Michelle Winthers and husband, Ake of Gothenberg, Sweden, and Susan T. Price of Albuquerque; son, James E. Price and wife, Jill Anne Yeagley of Albuquerque; grandsons, M. Daniel Bernhardt of Falkenberg, Sweden, Jeremy M. Price of Albuquerque, and Joseph C. Winthers of Gothenberg, Sweden; granddaughters, Jennifer M. Winthers and Sarah S. Winthers, both of Gothenberg, Sweden; and brother-in-law, Herbert H. Price of Mexico City. She is also survived by her honorary children, K. Michael Bernhardt of Falkenberg, Sweden, Anita Del Valle and Ken and Edie Wilkins, all of Albuquerque. She was preceded in death, earlier this year, by her cherished eldest grandchild, Philippa Ann Price. Mrs. Price was born in Baton Rouge, LA to Ernest W. and Annie Robeau and was their only child. While her family and many, many friends are keenly bereft without Betty's charm, dignity, grace, and natural"je ne sais quoi", all feel very blessed indeed to have been part of her life. Mrs. Price was a member of Queen of Heaven Parish. Cremation will take place and a memorial mass will be celebrated Monday, 3:00 p.m., at Church of the Risen Savior, 7701 Wyoming Blvd. NE, with Fr. Paul Baca, Celebrant. Interment will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery at a later date. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE, Saturday, one hour prior to the time of Rosary.
