Jarl -- Harry G. Jarl, age 91, a resident here since 1945 passed away Wednesday. He was preceded in death by his wife, Annig Agnes Jarl in 1997. Mr. Jarl is survived by his daughter, Anne and husband, John Mitchell of Albuquerque; cousin, Verna Mae Finley of Granview, MO; two granddaughters, Lori and Jimmy Morris, Sherry and David Boland; three great-grandchildren. He worked for Gas Company of New Mexico from 1948 until he retired from the marketing department in 1972, and was a member of Central United Methodist Church. Mr. Jarl will lie in state Sunday, 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m., at Fitzgerald and Son Funeral Directors, 3113 Carlisle NE. Graveside services will be held 10:30 a.m., Monday, at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Dr. Charles Crutchfield officiating.
