Blanchette -- Rose T. Blanchette, 81, a resident of Albuquerque since 1959, died Tuesday, September 1, 1998. She is survived by her sister, Marion Cook of Cambridge, MA; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Blanchette was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Byzantine Rite Catholic Church. She was also a member of the Cactus Club, Handwriting Analysis Club, and Sandia Civitan Club. Mass will be celebrated Friday, 10:00 a.m., at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Byzantine Rite Catholic Church, 1837 Alvarado Dr. NE, with Father Christopher L. Zugger, Celebrant. Interment will take place at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be members of Sandia Civitan Club. French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE.
