Lopez -- Edward Tapia Lopez Jr., 54, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, died Monday, May 18, 1998. He is survived by his nephew, Anthony L. Ramirez. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Liz J. Rivera and Lenore R. Lopez. Mr. Lopez graduated from Albuquerque High School in 1963. He enjoyed welding as a hobby. Graveside services will be held Thursday, 10:30 a.m., at Sandia Memory Gardens, 9500 San Pedro NE, with Deacon Al McLane officiating. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE, Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
