Keffer -- William (Bill) C. Keffer, 58 December 25, 1939 - October 10, 1998. Survived by wife, Anne; six children; 18 grandchildren; many families and friends and Albuquerque residents; cousin, Donny Swanson and family; brother-in-law, Robert Martin; and aunt, Margret Donohue. Bill loved all the people he met and worked with in Albuquerque, Gallup and the Philmont Boys Scout Ranch for the seven years he was a resident. He passed away in Papillion, Nebraska with his family at his side, where he had been living for the past two years. He loved his many Native American friends, both in the Southwest and most recently, on the Rosebud Reservation in South Dakota.
