Otero -- Rudy Anthony Otero, 35, a resident of Albuquerque, died Saturday, October 9, 1999. He is survived by his wife, Dawn Marie Otero; children, Jamie, Rudi and Casey; father and mother, Roger and Irene Padilla; brother, David Otero and wife, Esther; sisters, Gloria Baca and husband, Richard, Kathy Quintana and husband, Richard, Denise Otero and Fran Vigil; father and mother-in-law, Ron and Louisa Glanz; sister-in-law, Crucita"Tita" Clinton and husband, Mark; brother-in-law, Ruben Witka; friend and"brother", Jimmy McDonald; numerous friends from Section F at the Lobos Football Stadium; and dog, MaiTai. Mr. Otero served in the U.S. Navy on the U.S.S. Arkansas. Services will be held Thursday, 1:00 p.m., at God's House Church, 2335 Wyoming Blvd. NE, with Bishop Michael L. Shelby officiating. Cremation will take place following the services. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE, Wednesday, 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and God's House Church, Thursday, 12:00 noon to the time of service. The family requests that those attending please wear either New Mexico Lobos or Dallas Cowboy clothing.
