Dretchen -- Mr. Harold A. Dretchen, 60, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on October 5, 1999. Mr. Dretchen was the beloved husband of 35 years to Mrs. Geraldine Dretchen. He is also survived by his daughter, Jackalyn Hora and husband, Christopher; two sons, Michael J. Dretchen and wife, Lisa, and Christopher L. Dretchen; one brother, Frederick Dretchen and wife, Janice of Queens, NY; three grandchildren, Michael, Ashley and Amanda; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mr. Dretchen was preceded in death by his parents, Jacob and Catherine Dretchen; two brothers, Vinnie and Peter Dretchen; and a grandson, Sean Hora. Mr. Dretchen was a member of the Catholic Church, veteran of the U.S. Navy, V.F.W. Post 401, member of the Bernalillo County Sheriff's Dept., Reserve Division, Chair Person for the Marriage Enrichment Program. A Rosary will be recited Thursday evening, 7:30 p.m., at the Ascension Catholic Church, 2150 Raymac SW, with visitation after 7:00 p.m. Don and Gerry Marsico, reciting. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday morning, 10:00 a.m., at the Ascension Church with viewing at the church after 9:30 a.m. Father Savilla, Celebrant. Pallbearers will be Don Marsico, Fred Hudson, Phillip Hall, Joseph Sanchez and Paul Duran. Honorary will be Willie Sanchez, Joseph Cordo Jr., Christopher Hora, Rev. Father Lauriel La Breche and Father Anthony Bolman. Interment will follow at the Vista Verde Cemetery in Rio Rancho.
