Devoted father of eight children, Ernest and wife, Julie, Michael and Lucille Lujan, David and wife, Sandy, Roberta and Albert Ariaz, Janice Sanchez Cave, Christopher Sanchez, Andrew and Maxine Sanchez, Paul Sanchez and Dicky Chavez; grandchildren include, Joshua Cave, Jonathan Cave, Brian Sanchez, Loretta Sanchez, Daniell Sanchez and Nathan Sanchez; brother of, Tillie Chavez, Ernestine Zaragoza, Merlinda Mendoza, Claudine Anaya, Ida Sanchez, Abran and Sylvia Sanchez, Julian and Socorro Sanchez, Joe Eddie and Rosie Lopez, Max Sanchez and Henry Sanchez. Rosary services will be held on Sunday evening at 7:00 p.m. from St. Rose Church in Santa Rosa. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday at 10:00 a.m. also from St. Rose Church with Father Sotero A. Sena officiating. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Santa Rosa with full military honors provided by Cannon Air Force Base Honor Guard. Serving as Pallbearers will be his sons, Ernest, Michael, David, Christopher, Andrew and Paul. Serving as Honorary Pallbearers will be Albert Ariaz, Richard A."Dicky" Chavez, Merril Guinn, Johnny Maestas, Sonny Chavez, Johnny Martinez, Don Sanchez, Josh Cave, Jonathan Cave, Andrew Aragon, Brian Sanchez, Billy Garnand and Dennis Romero.
