Valencia -- Cecilia M. Valencia, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, died on Sunday, June 6, 1999. She is survived by her daughter, Rose Mary Evans and husband, Roy of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Cecilia Carpenter and husband, Terry of Clovis, NM, Rosita Schelble and husband, Martin of Albuquerque, Roy L. Evans and wife, Joyce of Oakley, CA, Joseph A. Evans and wife, Denise of Aztec, NM, Geraldine Crawford and husband, Ernie of Bosque Farms, and Christopher Evans and wife, Cyd of Albuquerque; nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Valencia was preceded in death by her husband, Louie"Red" Valencia in 1981. She was a lifelong resident of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Rosary will be recited Wednesday, June 9, 1999, 7:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel, 10500 Lomas NE. Mass will be celebrated Thursday, 10:30 a.m., at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 619 Copper Ave. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Joe Evans, Chris Evans, Terry Carpenter, Ernie Crawford, Martin Schelble, and Bob Sanchez.
