Cannon -- Malcolm O. Cannon, 90, a resident of Albuquerque since 1923, died Saturday, June 5, 1999. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Dorothy Cannon of the family home; daughter, Judy Mae Wright and OZ Swindoll of Pasadena, TX; granddaughters, Sheryl Oldfield and husband, David of Truth or Consequences, and Charlotte Worthen and husband, Dee of Grants; grandson, Ricky Wright and Grace Chase of Albuquerque; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; half-sister, Daphne Heistand; and step-sister, Rudy Cook. Malcolm worked for Greyhound Bus Company for ten years. He owned and operated Mountain States Control Company for many years, and also ranched for a number of years. Services will be held Wednesday, 11:00 a.m., at Chester T. French Memorial Mausoleum Chapel, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE, with Dr. James Wilson officiating. Entombment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE. Pallbearers will be David Oldfield, Dee Worthen, Ricky Wright, Bruce MacLauchlan, Orville Boyd, and Ted Williams. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE, Tuesday, 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
