He is survived by his wife, Arlene Heath Fowner; son, James and wife, Jeannie of Anchorage, AK, Andrew and wife, Michelle of Edgewood, NM; daughter, April Armstead and fiance, Howard Coleman of Albuquerque; step-sons, Andrew Key and wife, Linda and Carl Heath Jr. and Sam Heath; step-daughters, Cathy Reynolds and Debra Key; 20 grandchildren, Stefanie, Shirley, Andy, Patty, Carl, Jolene, Stacy, Bruiser, Nicole, James Jr. and Cassie Sue, Tommy, Nicolas, Daniel, Jennifer, Katy Rose, Wesley, Carla, James and Nikki; and many, many longtime friends. Cremation has taken place.
