Allison -- John P. Allison, 75, a resident of Albuquerque for five years, died Saturday, July 24, 1999. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Margie Allison of the family home; sons, John T. Allison of Lake Tahoe, NV, and Michael Allison of Fairfax, VA; daughter, Judith Allison of Concord, CA; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brothers, William Allison of Maryland and Richard Allison of Maryland; and sister, Gertrude Atwell of California. Mr. Allison retired from the US Army, served in the US Navy and was a veteran of WWII and Korea. He was a loving and loved husband, father, grandfather and brother and was a good church member. Cremation has taken place and private memorial services will be held at a later date.
