Lahr -- Maxine Lahr, age 89, a resident of Albuquerque for 68 years, died June 13, 1999. She is survived by her grandchild, Gerald Lahr of Florida; step-daughter, Vonnie Brasher and husband, Gene of Albuquerque; four step-grandchildren, Jeanette Brasher, Mel Brasher, Gina Brueggeman, Ella Watt; two step-great-grandchildren, Genevieve and Alexandria Watt. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Dori Parish. A memorial service will be held Thursday, June 17, 1999 at 10:00 a.m. in the Fern Chapel of Strong-Thorne Mortuary, 1100 Coal Ave. SE, with Larry Pierson officiating.
