Hernandez -- Ray George Hernandez went to be with the Lord on Monday, June 14, 1999, longtime resident of Albuquerque. Mr. Hernandez was born and raised in Cheyenne, Wyoming, after graduating from high school he attended North Eastern, Denver University, UCLA, and TVI. Pursuing education was important to him. He encouraged all, especially the young to continue their education. The doors to both his home and heart were opened to all that came to him for advice and help. Mr. Hernandez is survived by his mother, Corine Andelona; one daughter, Rachael Chavez; one son, George Hernandez; six grandchildren, Santiago, Elijah, Amanda, Marissa Chavez and Jacob, Jeremiah Hernandez; two sisters, Rita Provencher and Carol Morales; one brother, Robert Hernandez; several aunts and uncles; numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial services are scheduled for 9:00 a.m., June 17, 1999 at Calvary Chapel, 4001 Osuna NE, in Albuquerque.
