Clair -- Eugenia G. Clair, 82, a resident of Albuquerque from 1984-1998, died on Friday, January 1, 1999. She is survived by her son, William A. Garnand and wife, Anita of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Alexandria Garnand, Donna Carstens and husband, Calvin, David Garnand, Dorothy Garnand, Mary Garnand, Rachel Garnand, and Irene Garnand; great-grandchildren, Nicole Pinkney, Cecilia Carstens, Raquel Garnand, Izaac Garnand, and Angelique Garnand, all of Albuquerque; and son, John J. Garnand of Longmont, CO. Mrs. Clair was a member of Our Lady of The Annunciation Catholic Church, where she was active with the Golden Agers. Rosary will be recited Friday, January 8, 1999, 6:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel, 10500 Lomas NE, with the Marianites reciting. Mass will be celebrated Saturday at Our Lady of The Annunciation Catholic Church, 2621 Vermont NE, with Father Ronald Bruckner, Celebrant. Interment of cremains will be held at El Paso, Texas. French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE.
