Jennings -- Kenneth Jay Jennings, 42, of Bosque Farms, died Monday, May 10, 1999 at Geary Community Hospital in Junction City, Kansas. Mr. Jennings had been visiting his father in Junction City. Memorial services for Mr. Jennings will be held at a later date in New Mexico. Mr. Jennings was born to Weldon and Dorothy (Downes) Jennings on April 15, 1957 in Junction City, Kansas. He attended school in Junction City through the 11th grade. He married Antoinette L. Chewiwi on February 13, 1999 in Albuquerque and they made their home in Bosque Farms. Mr. Jennings worked as a Maintenance Foreperson for Wall Colmonoy Corporation of Isleta for 18 years. Mr. Jennings is survived by his father, Weldon Jennings; his wife, Antoinette; a daughter, Deserrai M. Jennings, Albuquerque; a step-son, Joseph R. Baldonado, Bosque Farms; three brothers, Derrill Swearingen, Salina, KS, Harold Jennings, Warnego, KS, and Dale Jennings, Roswell; and a sister, Sharon Jennings, Wichita Falls, TX; four step-brothers, Weldon Sherman, Jack McColley and Timmy McColley of El Paso, TX and Arthur McColley Jr. of Dallas, TX; and four step-sisters, Rhonda Williamson, Junction City, Diana McDonald, Odessa, TX, and Deana Cantu and Jill Mosley of El Paso, TX. Mr. Jennings was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Downes McColley, who died in March of 1999. Mr. Jennings was cremated. Arrangements were handled by Johnson Funeral Chapel, Junction City, Kansas.
