Jackson -- Jennie Jackson, 37, of 800 Carlisle SE, died May 12, after surviving to adulthood, a genetic condition usually fatal in childhood, cystic fibrosis. Born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, she grew up on Tributary Farm in West Epping, NH, a homestead granted by King George II in 1713. Since 1983, she had managed the local service office of the international behavioral public relations and management counseling firm, Jackson, Jackson & Wagner, in which she was a partner. A graduate of Berwick Academy, Maine's oldest educational institution founded in 1791, she attended Antioch College, Yellow Springs, O. She was predeceased by her mother, Miriam (Pottle) Jackson, who was on board a Delta Airlines plane which crashed at Boston's Logan Airport on July 31, 1973 in New England's worst air disaster. Jennie is survived by her father, Patrick of Rye, NH; her step-mother, Isobel Parke of Epping, NH; and nine brothers and sisters, Richard Jackson of Ocean Springs, MS, Deborah Wicker of Snellville, GA, Kevin Jackson of Hyde Park, UT, Pamela Sadler of Cotopaxi, CO, John Hiram Pottle of E. Otisfield, ME, Annette Rynerson of Goffstown, NH, Roberta Trefts of Beijing, China and Alexandra and Jeremy Jackson, both of Rye, NH. Also 31 nieces and nephews and four aunts and uncles. A memorial gathering will be held at her home on Friday, May 14 at 4:00 p.m.
