Abbots -- Ruth M. Abbots, 81, a resident of Albuquerque for 14 years, passed away Monday, March 29, 1999 in Albuquerque. She is survived by her son, David G. Abbots and his wife, Cecilia of Albuquerque; daughters, Elizabeth E. Bahr of Albuquerque and Cynthia G. Handy of Danbury, CT; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Family graveside services are pending at a later date in Magdalena, NM following cremation. Cremation arrangements are being provided by Metropolitan Direct Burial and Cremation Center, Inc., 601 Mountain Rd. NW, 766-9400.
