Acosta -- Librada Acosta, 68, and a resident of Albuquerque, passed away December 2, 1999. She was preceded in death by her husband, Guillermo Acosta, father, Martin Rivas, mother, Margarita Vasquez, brother, Epifanio V. Rivas, sisters, Eva R. Durazo, Juanita R. Benivedez, and grandson, Bryan D. Garcia. Mrs. Acosta, our beloved mother of 48 years is survived by her daughter, Barbara Marcotte and husband, Stan, sons, Javier Acosta and wife, Gloria, and Leonard Acosta and wife, Alice; brother, Donaciano V. Rivas; sisters, Marcclina R. Costales, Lele (Lupe) Arrey; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and friends who loved and will miss her. Librada was a member of Aposento/Alto Praise Chapel, 2501 Alamogordo NW, Albuquerque, NM where services will be held. Evening service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, December 6, 1999 and Burial Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 7, 1999. Burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
