Riley -- Henry W. Riley Sr., 76, a resident of Albuquerque since 1964, died Saturday, January 22, 2000. He is survived by his wife, Rose N. Riley of the family home; daughters, Linda Wright and husband, Leslie and Gillian Gibbs and husband, Barry, all of Norfolk, England, Pamela Riley Angeles of Albuquerque and Debra Ann Wade and husband, Will of Alamogordo, NM; sons, Henry W. Riley Jr. of Phoenix, AZ and Harold J. Riley and wife, Sylvia of Gallup, NM; seven grandsons; six granddaughters; several great-grandchildren; sisters, Angeline Costa of Simi Valley, CA, Alice Roule of Greenfield, MA and Yvonne Ferguson of Norwich, NY; and brother, Bill Riley of Glendora, CA. Mr. Riley was preceded in death by his daughter, Nancy Riley Duran. He was honorably discharged from the U.S. Air Force after 23+ years of service, including service with the 8th Air Force Division in England during WWII. He was a longtime member of Belen B.P.O.E. Mr. Riley was also a member of Queen of Heaven Catholic Church. Rosary will be recited Wednesday, 7:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. NE, with Deacon Ruben Barela reciting. Mass will be celebrated Thursday, 10:00 a.m., at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 5311 Phoenix Ave. NE, with Monsignor Pepe, Celebrant. Interment will take place at 12:30 p.m. at Santa Fe National Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Matthew Riley, Johnathon Riley, Nathan Riley, Bryan Riley, Harold Riley and Henry W. Riley Jr. The family requests memorial contributions be made to American Cancer Society, Attn: Anne Martin, 5800 Lomas Blvd. NE 87110. French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE.
