Mcneil -- Richard M. McNeil, born August 20, 1943, passed away January 15, 2000, after a long illness. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Owen and Margaret McNeil; one sister, Jean; and only son, Richard J. McNeil. He is survived by his wife, Susan; sister, Pat Goshe and husband, Ivan of Findlay, OH; their four daughters and husbands, and sons and daughters; his brother, Robert McNeil and wife, Lee and their two daughters of Amarillo, TX; his sister, Barbara Grusel and husband, Al of Mayslanding, NJ; also his mother-in-law, Eutimia Garcia; aunts and uncles; great-aunts and uncles; very special neighbors, Janet and Chris Burks and Caitie, along with Judy Goodnow, Peggy and Eric Romero and Steven and Erica. Richard was a member of the IBEW - Local 611 for 30 years, which he was proud to have worked out of until his illness made him take early retirement. A Memorial service will be held Wednesday, January 19, 2000, 1:00 p.m., at Hillcrest Funeral Home Chapel, with Deacon Ruben Barela and Martha Herrera reciting the Rosary.
