Batchelor -- Frank Batchelor, a resident of Albuquerque for 50 years, passed away on September 7, 2000. He was born March 28, 1915 in Duluth, MN. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Helen (Hornbeck) Batchelor. He is survived by his sister, Marjorie Curran of Albuquerque Mr. Batchelor was a warehouseman, retiring first from Sandia National Labs in 1973, then from the Defense Nuclear Agency in 1979. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church. A Memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 12, 2000 at First Presbyterian Church, 215 Locust NE. Interment in Fairview Memorial Park will follow at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please send memorial donations to First Presbyterian Church. Strong-Thorne Mortuary, 1100 Coal Ave. SE, in charge of arrangements.
