Thomas -- Peter H. Thomas, 61, died on Sunday, May 21, 2000. He was born February 27, 1939 in Erfurt, Germany and came to the United States in 1952. Peter was preceded in death by his mother, Charlotte Ursula Bonicoro. He is survived by Patrick A. Heckler, his companion of 30 years; his aunt, Helen Von Dracek of New York; his sister, Karin Bonicoro of Austin, Texas; his brothers, Lester Bonicoro of Plugerville, Texas and wife, Marie and Michael Bonicoro of Colorado Springs, Colorado and wife, Janelle; his stepfather, Lou Bonicoro of El Paso, Texas and John Whillans, a true and loyal friend. He also leaves behind five nephews, and one niece, Christopher, Ryan, Nicholas, and Luren Bonicoro and Aaron and Brandon Cain. Peter loved animals and contributions can be made in his name to PETA.
