Hansen -- Anne Elizabeth Lathrop Hansen passed away in her home in Albuquerque on Wednesday, April 26, 2000. Anne is survived by her four children and their families, Mark Hansen of Santa Barbara, CA, his daughter, Kathleen Dunn of Alexandria, VA, David Hansen and wife, Elaine of Chicago, IL, Leith Black and husband, Randy of Niceville, FL, their daughter, Alexandra, and Roderick Hansen and wife, Lydia of Albuquerque, their children, Ariana, and Andrew; sister, Frances Sweeney and husband, Edwin of Santa Fe (with whom Anne took several trips abroad in recent years); niece, Shawn Hollendonner and her family of Santa Fe; and nephew, Steven Sweeney and his family of Reno, NV. All agree that Anne's was a wondrous life, complete with adventure, discovery, and the poetry of family love."I listened, motionless and still--- And, as I climbed upon the hill --- The music in my heart I bore--- Long after it was heard no more." A celebration of Anne's life will be held at the home of her son, Roderick Hansen, Saturday, May 6, 2000, 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please call (505) 899-8565 to RSVP, and for directions to the home.
