Romero -- Florentino (Tino) Romero, born in Vallecitos, NM, passed away peacefully of natural causes on May 30, 2000 in Albuquerque. He is survived by his four daughters, Tami Leavitt and her husband, Brett of Wyoming, Tina Grygo and her husband, Jeff, Traci Lemus and her husband, Gerber, and Toni Romero; the mother of his daughters, Vivian E. Romero, all of California; brothers, Joseph and John Romero of California; sisters, Dolores West, Patricia Romero, Anna Romero of California and Mary Johnson of Arizona; grandchildren, Autumn, Magan and Heather Leavitt, Jessica, Jacob and Alexandra Grygo and Anthony Lemus. Tino loved to hunt, fish, cook, and above all enjoyed visits with his large circles of friends and his loving family. He had a successful career as an independent contractor and took great pride in his many accomplishments. Private interment will be in Wyoming. Cremation arrangements by the Sunrise Society of New Mexico, 891-8200.
