Johnson -- Mary Loretta Estavillo Johnson, died July 31, 2000 at Sandia Hospice in St. Joseph Northeast Heights Hospital, Albuquerque, NM after a long illness. Born in El Paso, Texas on December 28, 1950, she was a long time resident of Albuquerque. Her father, Eddie H. Estavillo, her mother, Lenore Marie Gesner Estavillo and a sister, Noma G. Cordoni, predeceased her. Her surviving sisters, Rebecca V. Thompson of Fresno, California and Teresa R. Velarde of El Paso, Texas were at her bedside. Her many nieces, nephews, cousins, brother-in-laws, aunts, and friends will grieve her passing. She was a communicant of Hope Episcopal Church, a mission of St. Mark's-on-the-Mesa Episcopal Church. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Mark's-on-the-Mesa Episcopal Church on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. All are welcome. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society and Sandia Hospice Memorial Foundation.
