Hook -- Celina B. Hook, beloved wife, mother, and long-time New Mexico resident, passed away October 28th. She was 77 years old. She is survived by her three children, Celina E. of Los Angeles, and Patrick and Joseph of Albuquerque. She was preceded in death by her husband, George H. Hook, a native of Albuquerque, and a long time resident of Alamogordo, NM. Formerly a long-time resident of Alamogordo, Mrs. Hook had called Albuquerque her home during the past 10 years. Mrs. Hook believed in helping others and will be greatly missed by those of us who were fortunate enough to have known her. She was an active member of various charities including the St. Vincent de Paul Society in Ft. Worth, Texas where she resided before moving to Albuquerque. In Albuquerque, she was active as a volunteer at St. Joseph's Hospital NE, the Catholic Daughters of America, and the Rosary and Altar Society at St. Bernadette's Church. Services will be held Friday, Nov. 17, at 9:00 a.m. at St. Bernadette's Catholic Church in Albuquerque.
